Managed hosting is included for a standard business website, along with uptime, security and SSL monitoring — so a problem gets noticed by the monitoring, not by a customer.

Note 01 Some sites need more than a maintenance plan. I'll say so before you sign up for one.

## Not every site can be looked after as it is.

Large or plugin-heavy WordPress installs, online stores and custom applications are assessed first. Some need separately priced hosting, a cleanup or a migration before ongoing care makes sense. If yours does, you'll know before the plan starts.

Evidence first, then decisions, then building. You always know what's happening, why it matters, and what comes next.

   I review the site, where it's hosted, what it runs on and what condition it's in, so the plan starts from the facts.

   We confirm what Web Care covers for your site, and anything that needs fixing or moving first.

   Hosting, monitoring, backups and access are set up properly, so nothing depends on a login nobody can find.
4. 04Ongoing ### Keep it working

   Updates, monitoring and routine changes, month to month. You email or call when something needs doing.
